Write with a correction, a disagreement, or the question a brochure would not answer. Most guides here began as a reader's message; if yours concerns a guide, name it.
There is no clinic behind this notebook. We cannot book or price a treatment, we cannot say whether a peel, microneedling or PRP suits your skin, and we do not refer readers to providers. Those decisions belong with a licensed clinician who has examined you.
If something about a recent treatment worries you, call the clinician who performed it.
Please do not send medical records or photographs of your skin. A description in words is all a guide needs.
An editor reads every message. A correction is checked against the guide and its sources, and if the guide changes, the correction is dated on the page. Not every message receives a reply, and a good question may become a guide rather than a letter.
